Ingredients
- 4 bacon slices
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Method
- Cook bacon slices in a large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon, and drain on paper towels, reserving 1 Tbsp. drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon.
- Stir vinegar and next 4 ingredients into hot drippings in skillet; cook over medium heat, stirring until thoroughly heated. Stir in bacon.
