Ingredients

  • 4 bacon slices
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Method

  • Cook bacon slices in a large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon, and drain on paper towels, reserving 1 Tbsp. drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon.
  • Stir vinegar and next 4 ingredients into hot drippings in skillet; cook over medium heat, stirring until thoroughly heated. Stir in bacon.
