Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound (1 c.) Fluffo
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 2 c. warm water

Method

  • Mix and let cold to lukewarm.
  • Dissolve 2 yeast cakes and 1 tsp.
  • sugar in 1/2 c. lukewarm water, when dissolved add in to 2 slightly beaten Large eggs, add in this to first mix, then add in 4 c. (1 qt) whole wheat flour and beat for several min, then add in 4 c. (1 qt) sifted white flour; mix thoroughly, put in tightly covered container and set in refrigerator.
  • Several hrs before needed make out as you would biscuits, put about an inch apart on well greased baking sheet, spread tops thick with softened (not melted) butter.
  • Set to rise in hot place.
  • Bake in oven at 400 degrees; preheat oven 10 min.
