Ingredients
- 2 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 6 to 7 c. bread flour
Method
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Knead dough well.
- Place in large bowl.
- Cover with wax paper and wet towel.
- Put in refrigerator overnight.
- Shape into rolls about the size of a walnut or larger.
- Let rise until double.
- Bake in preheated oven at 400°. Makes about 30 rolls.
