Ingredients
- 4 pork chops (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick and boneless)
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. broth
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. water
Method
- Trim pork chops of excess fat.
- In a microwave-safe shallow dish (the rounder the shape of the container, the better), combine the oil and garlic.
- Spread evenly in dish.
- Microwave at High power for 1 minute.
