Ingredients

  • 1 container natural yogurt
  • 2 containers sugar
  • 3 containers flour
  • 3/4 container peanut oil
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Mix all ingredients in one container with an electric mixer. Put in greased round 8-inch cake pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Test with knife to make sure it is done.
  • Cool.
  • Remove from the pan while it is still warm.
  • Cut in half horizontally. Mix one container of sugar and one of fresh cream.
  • Spread on the cake as icing.
