Ingredients
- 1 container natural yogurt
- 2 containers sugar
- 3 containers flour
- 3/4 container peanut oil
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix all ingredients in one container with an electric mixer. Put in greased round 8-inch cake pan.
- Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Test with knife to make sure it is done.
- Cool.
- Remove from the pan while it is still warm.
- Cut in half horizontally. Mix one container of sugar and one of fresh cream.
- Spread on the cake as icing.
