Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp or more White flour
  • 1 tbsp Katakuriko (or corn starch)
  • 150 grams Plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 dash Grated garlic and ginger
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Grated Cheese
  • 1 dash Lemon juice
  • 1 dash Chopped leek (herbed salt, or herbs)
  • 1 dash Pepper

Method

  • Cut the chicken into easy to eat pieces.
  • Put the chicken and marinade ingredients in a bowl and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or for 1/2 to 1 day.
  • Drain off the liquid, coat the chicken, and deep fry in 170C oil.
  • Mix the yogurt sauce ingredients.
  • Serve the fried chicken and pour the sauce on the top.
  • If you're strapped for time, use store-bought fried chicken and pour the sauce over it.
  • If you prefer a thick crispy coating, then add more katakuriko (the same amount as the flour).
