Ingredients

  • 1 bag Instant ramen noodles
  • 1/8 of a head Chinese cabbage
  • 1 bunch Chinese chives
  • 1 cluster Shimeji mushrooms
  • 1 block Tofu
  • 8 Wiener sausages
  • 200 grams Thinly sliced pork
  • 100 grams Chinese cabbage kimchi
  • 4 Shiitake mushrooms
  • 800 ml Dashi stock
  • 1 clove Garlic (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Gochujang
  • 2 tbsp Red chili pepper powder

Method

  • Put the ingredients in the frying pan and bring to a boil.
  • When it come to a boil, add gochujang, chili pepper powder and simmer.
  • Add all the ingredients.
  • It will be a big mound, but it'll be fine.
  • When they are cooked, the vegetables reduce in bulk and look delicious.
  • Add the instant ramen noodles.
  • When the noodles are cooked, it's done.
  • Mix any leftovers the next day with rice and a raw egg - this is delicious too.
