- 4 jars marinated artichokes, partially drained
- pinch of garlic salt
- 2 tsp. onion flakes
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 c. dried bread crumbs (Toscano)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 4 tsp. minced parsley
Method
- Chop artichoke hearts.
- Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Bake in an ungreased glass dish (13 x 9-inch) for 30 minutes in 350° oven.
- Cool and cut into squares.
