Ingredients
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 green onion
Method
- Whisk all the ingredients together.
- Add meat and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Makes enough for two to three pounds of beef or chicken
