Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz.) cans small green peas, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 can chopped mushrooms, drained
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/3 c. slivered almonds
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1 stick margarine
Method
- Saute onion in margarine.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Pour into 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole.
- Bake at 300° for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Serves 6.
