Ingredients
- 1 large can pork and beans or 2 (1 lb.) cans
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 6 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1/4 c. barbecue sauce (optional)
Method
- Peel onions and place in a baking dish with a little water and butter. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until tender. Add salt to taste.
