Ingredients
- 5 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (14 oz.) pkg. brown rice
- 2 c. milk
- 4 oz. broccoli (fresh or frozen)
- seasoning (add as you like)
Method
- Place rice, soup and milk into a Dutch oven and mix.
- Add broccoli; mix again.
- Place chicken on top and season.
- Bake at 375° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
