- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 large cooked, boned chicken breasts or equivalent canned chicken
Method
- Cook broccoli as directed until tender.
- Place broccoli in oblong shallow baking dish.
- Combine soup, nutmeg and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour half the mixture over broccoli. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.
- Slice chicken and place over broccoli.
- Pour remaining soup mixture over chicken.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.
- Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
