Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large cooked, boned chicken breasts or equivalent canned chicken

Method

  • Cook broccoli as directed until tender.
  • Place broccoli in oblong shallow baking dish.
  • Combine soup, nutmeg and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Pour half the mixture over broccoli. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.
  • Slice chicken and place over broccoli.
  • Pour remaining soup mixture over chicken.
  • Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.
  • Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
