Ingredients
- 1 fryer (about 2 1/2 lb.), quartered
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- salt and ground black pepper
- 1/4 lb. pork sausage meat
- 3/4 c. sliced green onions (including tops)
- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 3 c. cooked rice, cooked in chicken broth
- 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
Method
- Brush chicken with butter and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Bake in shallow casserole, skin side up, at 375° for 30 minutes.
