Ingredients
- 6 Vidalia onions
- 6 bouillon cubes
- 6 tsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Peel onions and scoop out a small hole in the top of each. Fill the cavity with a bouillon cube topped with a pat of butter, salt and pepper.
- Wrap each onion in aluminum foil. Bake in a 350° oven about 45 minutes, or until tender or grill on hot coals for about 30 minutes, turning frequently. Yield: 6 servings.
