Ingredients
- 60g palm sugar
- 60ml water
- 250ml Kara coconut cream*
- 300g banana or 2 large bananas
- 300g ice
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Method
Put palm sugar and water in a saucepan and stir to dissolve. Bring to the boil. Allow to cool, then whizz with remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
*Kara coconut cream is available in a Tetra Pak, and is recommended for desserts. Tinned coconut cream may be used.
