Ingredients
- beef roast (eye of round)
- 1 envelope onion dry soup mix
- 3 cans golden cream of mushroom soup
- 3 large cans Veg-All, drained
- 1 can corn (optional)
- peas (optional)
Method
- Place roast, soup mix and canned soup in covered pan.
- Bake for at least 3 hours at 325° or lower.
- When meat is tender, slice and add Veg-All.
- Put back in the oven until vegetables are warm.
