Ingredients
- 1 c. rice
- 1 beef or chicken bouillon
- 1/2 can tomato sauce
- salt and pepper
- oil
- water
Method
- Cover bottom of skillet with oil.
- Add 1 cup of rice.
- When rice is brown, add ingredients.
- Add 2 cups of water, 1/2 can tomato sauce, 1 bouillon, salt and pepper.
- Stir once to mix ingredients.
- Cover and simmer.
