Ingredients

  • 2 kg shrimp
  • 2 cup butter
  • 4 clove garlic - minced
  • 2 medium ginger - minced
  • 4 spring onion or parsley -chopped (garnish)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 piece pickles - chopped (optional if you dont have it's okey)

Method

  • Melt the butter in a pan /medium heat and add the galic.
  • Add the ginger and cooked until the color turns light to golden brown.
  • Put the shrimp and simmer.
  • When the shrimp turned orange you can now put the pickles.
  • Put the lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sprinkle the spring onion and let the liquid evaporate completly.
  • Stir it and turn off the heat.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
