Ingredients
- 3/4 c. pineapple chunks
- 1/2 c. peeled mango chunks *
- 1/4 c. banana slices
- 1/2 c. fresh strawberry slices
- 1/4 c. low-fat pina colada or vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. powdered sugar
Method
- In a decorative clear glass bowl, layer pineapple, mango, banana and strawberry pieces.
- Combine yogurt and powdered sugar, blending until smooth.
- Spoon over fruit.
- Serves 4.
- Contains approximately 0.4 grams fat per serving.
