Ingredients

  • 1 chicken
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing mix
  • 2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 stick margarine

Method

  • Boil
  • chicken until tender and remove from bones.
  • Cook broccoli
  • for
  • 10
  • minutes (in
  • microwave or
  • top of stove). Spread
  • chicken on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Put broccoli on top of
  • chicken.
  • Mix soups together with mayonnaise, 1/2 cup of milk
  • and cheese.
  • Pour this mixture on top of chicken and broccoli; put in oven until this begins to boil.
  • Take out and put your
  • dressing
  • that
  • you have
  • mixed with your stick of melted margarine on top.
  • Put back in oven and cook for 1 hour at 325°.
