Ingredients
- 1 c. wild rice (uncooked)
- 1 frying chicken
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
Method
- Mix rice, soup and lowfat milk together in casserole.
- Lightly salt and cut up chicken and place on top of rice.
- Sprinkle onion soup on top.
- Seal tightly in foil and bake 2 hrs at 350 degrees.
