Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and boned
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can healthy mushroom soup
  • 1 can healthy cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. Minute rice
  • 1/4 stick margarine
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix

Method

  • Pour rice in bottom of casserole dish.
  • Add 1 cup of chicken broth.
  • Add chicken breasts that have been broken into small pieces.
  • Add soups that have been mixed with water as can directs. To the stuffing mix, add melted margarine and 1 cup of broth; spread over casserole.
  • Cover.
  • Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes.
