Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and boned
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 can healthy mushroom soup
- 1 can healthy cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. Minute rice
- 1/4 stick margarine
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
Method
- Pour rice in bottom of casserole dish.
- Add 1 cup of chicken broth.
- Add chicken breasts that have been broken into small pieces.
- Add soups that have been mixed with water as can directs. To the stuffing mix, add melted margarine and 1 cup of broth; spread over casserole.
- Cover.
- Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes.
