Ingredients
- 2 pkg. corn tortillas
- 1 large fryer or hen
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
Method
- Boil chicken in salted water.
- Debone and cut chicken in bite-size pieces. Dip tortillas in chicken stock until wilted.
