Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boneless chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 bunch fresh broccoli
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor)

Method

  • Boil 2 to 3 quarts water. Add chicken. Turn flame off and let chicken sit in water.
  • Steam broccoli.
  • Make Stove Top according to package directions.
  • In a bowl, with a wire whisk, mix soup, broth and sour cream.
  • Lay chicken in bottom of rectangular casserole dish and broccoli.
  • Pour soup mixture over chicken and broccoli.
  • Spoon stuffing to cover entire top of dish. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 325°.
