Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Method

  • Boil or bake chicken until tender.
  • Boil broccoli according to direction on package until tender.
  • Layer chicken and broccoli in a casserole dish.
  • Melt margarine.
  • Mix lemon juice, margarine and soups together.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken and broccoli. Bake 15 minutes at 325°.
  • Remove and sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake for 5 more minutes.
