- 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese
Method
- Broil chicken breasts until tender.
- Tear and cut into bite-size pieces and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Mix together mushroom soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes and sour cream.
- Pour over chicken.
- Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350° for about 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
