Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese

Method

  • Broil chicken breasts until tender.
  • Tear and cut into bite-size pieces and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  • Mix together mushroom soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes and sour cream.
  • Pour over chicken.
  • Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350° for about 20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
