Ingredients
- 1/4 kg Gram Flour
- 2 pinch Chilli Powder
- 4 pinch Salt
- 4 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1 bunch Fresh Coriander
- 1/2 kg Chicken Breasts
- 2 tbsp Curry Paste
Method
- Pan fry the diced chicken and curry paste with a dash of oil until the chicken is cooked through
- Add the flour, chilli powder, turmeric and salt to a mixing bowl.
- Add water slowly and mix until a thick batter forms.
- Chop a handful of fresh coriander finely and add to the batter.
- Dip the cooked chicken into the batter until completely covered, then deep fry each piece until golden brown
- Serve with chilli sauce, raita or other dipping sauces
