Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg Gram Flour
  • 2 pinch Chilli Powder
  • 4 pinch Salt
  • 4 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 1 bunch Fresh Coriander
  • 1/2 kg Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tbsp Curry Paste

Method

  • Pan fry the diced chicken and curry paste with a dash of oil until the chicken is cooked through
  • Add the flour, chilli powder, turmeric and salt to a mixing bowl.
  • Add water slowly and mix until a thick batter forms.
  • Chop a handful of fresh coriander finely and add to the batter.
  • Dip the cooked chicken into the batter until completely covered, then deep fry each piece until golden brown
  • Serve with chilli sauce, raita or other dipping sauces
