Ingredients

  • 2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 1 can Veg-All
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 Pillsbury ready-made pie crusts

Method

  • Saute onion, mushrooms, celery and green pepper in butter.
  • Add chicken, Veg-All and soups.
  • Put pie crust in deep pie dish.
  • Fill with chicken mixture.
  • Cover with second pie crust and prick with fork.
  • Bake at 425° for 45 minutes.
