- 2 c. cooked, cubed chicken
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can mushrooms
- 2 stalks celery
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1 can Veg-All
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick butter
- 2 Pillsbury ready-made pie crusts
Method
- Saute onion, mushrooms, celery and green pepper in butter.
- Add chicken, Veg-All and soups.
- Put pie crust in deep pie dish.
- Fill with chicken mixture.
- Cover with second pie crust and prick with fork.
- Bake at 425° for 45 minutes.
