Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 canned or fresh jalapeno pepper (optional)
- salsa (optional)
- sour cream (optional)
Method
- In a small bowl, combine soup, chicken, 1/2 cup cheese and peppers.
- Top half of each tortilla with about 1/4 cup of mixture, spreading evenly over tortilla.
- Moisten edges of tortillas with water and fold over, pressing to seal the edges.
