Ingredients
- 313 cups flour, all-purpose
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups margarine
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 box instant pudding mix, chocolate
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups nuts chopped, optional
Method
- Mix flour with baking soda.
- Combine margarine, sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Beat until smooth and creamy; beat in eggs.
- Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well.
- Gently fold in chips and nuts if using.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
- Bake at 375F (190C).
- for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Note: Cookies can be made into heart shape or any shape you like.
