Ingredients

  • 313 cups flour, all-purpose
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups margarine
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 box instant pudding mix, chocolate
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups nuts chopped, optional

Method

  • Mix flour with baking soda.
  • Combine margarine, sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in a large bowl.
  • Beat until smooth and creamy; beat in eggs.
  • Gradually add flour mixture, mixing well.
  • Gently fold in chips and nuts if using.
  • Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake at 375F (190C).
  • for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Note: Cookies can be made into heart shape or any shape you like.
