Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef lean
- 1 cup onions chopped
- 1/2 cup green chili peppers or green peppers
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 28 ounces tomatoes canned
- 13 cup raisins, seedless
- 1 x rice cooked
Method
- Cook beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, Add onions and chile; cook 3 minutes more.
- Add chili powder, cinnamon, cup umin and salt; cook 30 seconds.
- Add tomatoes in puree, breaking up tomatoes with back of Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium heat 15 minutes.
