Ingredients
- 5 c. yellow corn meal
- 4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. dry milk powder
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. Crisco
Method
- Combine corn meal, flour, milk powder and salt in large bowl. Cut in Crisco until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Store in covered airtight container in cool place up to 6 weeks.
- Stir mix lightly into measuring cup and level off with a knife.
