Ingredients
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix, baked according to package
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. bacon or 12 to 13 slices
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- pepper
- 1 sweet, mild onion
- 1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
- 1/4 c. pickle juice
- 1 c. salad dressing
- 2 tsp. sugar
Method
- Bake cornbread, fry bacon and let both cool.
- Chop tomatoes, pepper, onion and pickles together.
- Crumble bacon into chopped veggies and toss.
- Mix pickle juice, salad dressing and sugar until creamy and smooth.
