Ingredients
- 1 (5 oz.) pkg. yellow rice
- 2 cans Mexicorn
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. mild Cheddar cheese
- 1 stick margarine
Method
- Cook rice.
- Place margarine on top of rice until it melts. Add corn, soup and cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
