Ingredients
- 2 cans cream-style corn
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
- 1 c. oil
- 1 Tbsp. onion flakes
- 1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
- pimento (optional)
Method
- Combine all ingredients and bake for 45 minutes in 350° oven. Serves 10 to 12 easily.
