Ingredients
- 3 c. dry bread crumbs
- 5 c. crumbled cornbread
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp. salt
- black pepper
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. broth
Method
- Cook celery and onion in butter until tender, but not brown. Pour over bread crumbs and cornbread.
- Add beaten eggs and broth. (If too stiff, add a little water.)
- Pour into greased baking pan. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until brown.
