Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef round steak
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. milk
- 1 c. crushed crackers
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
Method
- Cut round steak into six serving pieces.
- Pound steak on both sides thoroughly.
- Blend egg and milk.
- Dip pieces of meat first in egg, then in crumbs.
