Ingredients
- 1 lb. crabmeat
- 1-1/2 c. white sauce
- 1/2 tsp. tabasco
- 2 eggs, separated and beaten
- parsley or green pepper
- salt/pepper to taste
Method
- Separate the eggs. Add beaten yolks to white sauce. Mix all ingredients and fold in egg whites. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until brown.
