Ingredients
- 185g Jumbo Lump Crab
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Garlic Glove
- 1/2 Shallot Clove
- Double Cream
- Cooked and Chilled Gnocchi
- Chopped Fresh Spinach
- Parmesan Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- In a large pan, simmer the onion in olive oil.
- Add garlic, shallots and crab and saute for 3 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Add gnocchi and cream, stirring to coat all the ingredients.
- Simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes, watch the cream doesn't stick.
- Stir in chopped spinach and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve in a bowl with parmesan cheese on top.
