Ingredients

  • 185g Jumbo Lump Crab
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 Garlic Glove
  • 1/2 Shallot Clove
  • Double Cream
  • Cooked and Chilled Gnocchi
  • Chopped Fresh Spinach
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  • In a large pan, simmer the onion in olive oil.
  • Add garlic, shallots and crab and saute for 3 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • Add gnocchi and cream, stirring to coat all the ingredients.
  • Simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes, watch the cream doesn't stick.
  • Stir in chopped spinach and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve in a bowl with parmesan cheese on top.
