Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry flavored gelatin
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
  • 1 1/4 c. boiling water
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen red raspberries
  • 1 (10 oz.) jar cranberry-orange relish
  • 3/4 c. carbonated water (club soda)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Method

  • Dissolve gelatins in boiling water;
  • stir in frozen raspberries and cranberry-orange relish.
  • Add club soda and lemon juice.
  • Turn into an oiled 6-cup ring mold.
  • Chill overnight. Unmold on lettuce lined serving plate.
  • Serve with sour cream, if desired.
  • Makes 10 servings.
