Ingredients

  • 1 C peanut butter
  • 1 -7 oz jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 1/2 C rice krispies cereal
  • 1 1/2 C semisweet chocolate chips
  • 4 tsp shortening

Method

  • In a large bowl combine the peanut butter and marshmallow cream. Add cereal and stir until until well coated. In small microwave safe bowl combine chocolate chips and shortening. Microwave uncovered for 1-2 minutes or until chips are melted. Stir until smooth. Roll cereal mixture into tiny balls. Dip in chocolate. Place on a wax paper lined pan. Refrigerate until set.
