- 2 cubes steaks (4 ounce. each)
- 1/4 teaspoon dry herb blend seasoning
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. green peppers, cut in strips
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Sprinkle both sides of meat with herb seasoning.
- Heat oil in non-stick skillet.
- Add in the vegetables and cook 3 min, push aside in the pan and add in the steaks.
- Cook 3 to 4 min, turning once.
