Ingredients
- 1 packages Roll out pizza dough
- 1 packages Italian Sausage
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 dash Oregano
- 3 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Salt and Pepper
Method
- Heat oven to 400*
- Grease rectangular cake pan.
- Roll out dough and place in cake pan
- Cook sausage and crumble over dough
- Saute chopped onion and tomatoes in skillet.
- Add tomato and onions to pan, over sausage.
- Sprinkle oregano
- Add mozzarella cheese
- Add Parmesan cheese
- Light salt and pepper (if wanted)
- Cook in oven until cheese is bubbly (about 14 minutes)
