Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. hot oil
- 2 eggs
- 3 to 4 diced green onions
- any leftover meat or vegetables from last night supper
- day old rice (we use short grain rice purchased at Oriental store)
Method
- Cook scrambled eggs in oil.
- Put in green onions, leftover meat or vegetables and rice in frying pan.
- Sprinkle with soy sauce until rice is brown color.
- Pepper to taste.
