Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen hash browns
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
- 3 c. water
- 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Combine first 4 ingredients in Dutch oven and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Stir in soups, milk, salt and pepper.
- Heat thoroughly.
