- 3 c. or 3 tsp. beef bouillon
- 3 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. long grain rice
- 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
- 1 can whole green chiles
- 1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- Cheddar cheese to garnish
Method
- Bring water and beef bouillon to a boil in a 2-quart saucepan. Add rice; cover and lower heat to simmer.
- Steam for 20 minutes.
