Ingredients
- 2 1/4 qt flour
- 3 1/3 Tbsp baking powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 c margarine
- 1 qt + 1/2 c sugar
- 8 large eggs
- 2 Tbsp vanilla
Method
- In a large bowl blend dry ingredients except sugar.
- In a separate bowl, cream together margarine and sugar, until well blended.
- Add eggs and vanilla to the sugar mixture and blend well. Next, add dry ingredients to the sugar mixture.
- Blend until smooth.
- Using a large scoop (#40) drop cookie dough on a greased baking sheet.
- Cook at 325 degrees until light brown, about 8 to 10 minutes.
