Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 qt flour
  • 3 1/3 Tbsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 3 c margarine
  • 1 qt + 1/2 c sugar
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp vanilla

Method

  • In a large bowl blend dry ingredients except sugar.
  • In a separate bowl, cream together margarine and sugar, until well blended.
  • Add eggs and vanilla to the sugar mixture and blend well. Next, add dry ingredients to the sugar mixture.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Using a large scoop (#40) drop cookie dough on a greased baking sheet.
  • Cook at 325 degrees until light brown, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Keep a close look.
