Ingredients
- 1 lb. sirloin, cut in thin strips
- 1 bunch broccoli, cut in small pieces
- 1 medium onion, cut in rings
- 1 8 oz. pkg. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of garlic salt
- cooked rice
Method
- Combine oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
- Pour over steak and set aside for 30 minutes or more.
- Drain meat and drop into hot wok.
- Cook until meat turns brown.
- Remove from wok (with juice) and set aside.
- Heat a small amount of oil in wok and stir-fry vegetables approximately 3 minutes.
- Return meat and juice to pan and cook 5 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice.
