Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sirloin, cut in thin strips
  • 1 bunch broccoli, cut in small pieces
  • 1 medium onion, cut in rings
  • 1 8 oz. pkg. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of garlic salt
  • cooked rice

Method

  • Combine oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
  • Pour over steak and set aside for 30 minutes or more.
  • Drain meat and drop into hot wok.
  • Cook until meat turns brown.
  • Remove from wok (with juice) and set aside.
  • Heat a small amount of oil in wok and stir-fry vegetables approximately 3 minutes.
  • Return meat and juice to pan and cook 5 minutes.
  • Serve over cooked rice.
