Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil (extra oil olive oil works as well)
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard (spicy can be used as well)
  • 1/2 tsp cilantro
  • sprinkle to your liking:
  • pepper
  • sea salt
  • thyme (optional)
  • rosemary (optional)
  • basil
  • paremsaen cheese (optional)

Method

  • add the oil and vinegar in a medium sized bowl. wisk together. Add the mayo and mustard. Sprinkle in the seasonings then wisk together. (should turn a yellowish color)right before serving add extra pepper and table salt.
